Shipping policy

All orders take within 1-3 business days of order date

regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Even though orders are typically processed within a 1-3 business day window, please allow up to 5 business days to be processed. 

Your order could in some cases be delayed caused may either incomplete address details or incomplete checkout information, such as incorrect shipping address provided which occurs very often. 

If a wrong shipping address is provided, we allow a 1-2 hours after purchase for orders to be modified. Please reach at grooniesusa@gmail.com if you need any order details fixed.
